“Tout ce dont on a besoin dans la chambre. Les hamburgers sont fantastiques! Tout a été efficace et vraiment impeccable. Merci pour ce beau séjour!Rooms: Rooms were super clean and well-equipped. Loved the mini fridge that was available to store our own stuff.Food & drinks: Restaurant was delicious and cozy. Waiters were very nice.”

“Thrill to say it's a children friendly hotel.We were travelling and had to pass Ottawa. My sons needed to go washroom urgently. The frontline staff, maybe a manager, she is very nice and friendly, kindly smile on her face, allowed my sons and me to go washroom. Although we were not a room guest, we felt welcome and comfortable.My family and I have ever stayed in many Sheraton Hotels from other countries. This was the most impressive experience even though I requested the washroom for my sons. Hope we will be a room guest in this hotel in the near future when we will travel Ottawa again.”
