“Older hotel with a really cool story and history to it, ask the staff to learn more, very cool. The hotel being older causes the floors, hallways, and rooms to feel a little vintage, but the amenities in the rooms are up to date. There are two microwaves for guest use in the lobby, where there is no microwaves in the rooms. Staff were very friendly and easy to work with.”

“We stayed for 1 night after the conference. The drive was about 15 min from downtown Ottawa. There were 6 charges for electric vehicles - free of charge. There was thermal hot tub/ swimming pool outside with jets and sitting area, dry sauna - open 8 am till 10 pm.
There were bath robes and towels in the room. Front desk service was exceptional, no problem with late check in - everything was smooth and fast. Free coffee in the lobby, lots of sitting area, gym, lockers & a restaurant - all you need. Bed was comfy with a puffy duvet. Good experience. We'll be back!”
