umm these guys are awesome had a problem with old school tires 16.5 issue. even Ai couldn't answer me and well all my questions where answered and they had the best price on rims and tires for my trailer

I'm not very knowledgeable about cars and calling to install and purchase new tires and providing answers to questions in relation can be anxiety inducing for me but today I spoke with Sylvia who went above and beyond in helping me. Thank you to Sylvia for the terrific customer service!

Tirecraft Ottawa was the only shop able to service my 22-inch F-350 tires. Tim knew I was in a rush and helped me right away. He even referred me to the one specialty shop in Ottawa that had the exact part I needed—super knowledgeable and helpful!
