“I had a nail in my tire just before heading out for the weekend, and I really didn’t want to drive on the highway for hours with the spare tire. Issa was able to fit me in right away. While repairing the puncture, he noticed a second nail that I hadn’t even known was there. He patched both tires quickly and had me safely back on the road in no time.

What really impressed me was what happened next. After doing all that work, Issa refused to accept any payment, simply saying, “It’s on me.” I was genuinely stunned by his generosity. Since he wouldn’t let me pay, I went and took out cash and left it on the counter anyway.

Outstanding service, honest workmanship, and a level of kindness that’s rare to find these days. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for trustworthy tire service.”

“I have been going here for ten years and it is the best auto service I have ever encountered. The staff is friendly and honest, knows the customers (and their cars!) and offers efficient, careful servicing at a fair price. A few years back they noted that something was starting to go but would probably be good for another year. I had a recall check at the dealers for something else a few days later. The recall part was replaced and thenhey claimed that the other issue was urgent, just happened to have the part and estimated $200 more than the quote I had been given by Jean at Vinette. From the minute you walk in, till they call you the minute the car is finished, the service is exemplary.

Today, I had two faulty seat belts replaced. As always it iwas efficient, good communication among all, and who can argue with complementary car wash and checks (battery, wipers etc)?”

He managed to safely get to this tire dealership in Ottawa. They were able to quickly fix the problem and we got four new winter tires for a very reasonable price! “The actual work done here was stellar — I was genuinely impressed with the quality of service and the professionalism of the technicians. Everything up to the final stage felt efficient and well handled.

Unfortunately, things went a bit sideways at checkout. The younger gentleman at the counter didn’t seem fully familiar with the service details and had to rely several times on a more experienced staff member to clarify information. While everyone was polite, it didn’t inspire much confidence at that stage.

The bigger issue was that tire disposal was included in my service, yet my old tires were left in the backseat of my vehicle. Thankfully they weren’t placed in the trunk where I might not have noticed right away — otherwise I may not have discovered them until much later.

It’s disappointing when a strong service experience is slightly overshadowed by a preventable issue at the finish line. With a bit more attention at checkout, this would have easily been a five-star experience.”

“Thank you! Thank you. After several recommendations, I finally got the chance to get my car serviced here. I stopped in on Wednesday afternoon, and Ibrahim was able to inspect my car right away. We figured out what was wrong with my car in no time. (On a side note: remember to put your car in valet mode if you have an alarm system). Anyways, my front bearing hub needed to be replaced and some joint of some sort also. After getting a quick estimate, we orders the necessary and possible other part. We scheduled an appointment for 9 am the next day!

On Thursday, I showed up right on time and was greated again by Ibrahim who was eager to start. I watched for a little but then my ride showed up. The turn around time was amazing here and likely spot on for his estimated time! I say that because I missed his, as promised, noon ish phone call. Anyways, I showed up at around 13h30 and all was ready, it had been a while.

I like this shop. He's right to the point and you understand nicely what he may or will bill.

I trust his work which comes recommend from a friend who's been seeing him for many years. I'm pretty sure he took good care of my car and, without going into details, I feel like he went above and beyond my expectations! This man is a good business man and Tire Plus is highly recommended with efficient and on time delivery.

He's gained a new loyal customer and, what I consider, the highest regards for a great Google review.

“Went to get my oil changed at a different mechanic shop but these brothers got me right even though it’s a weekend and most mechanic shops aren’t open they took care of me turns out the previous shops mixed oil with coolant and gave problem to my engine. Within 1 hour or so after calling them they called me back and told me to bring my car in and they’d take a look, turn out my engine and the mixed fluid was the problem. They took apart the engine and within 3 hours my car was fixed. I will definitely be returning to these brothers.”
