LCBO is a great location with very friendly and helpful staff. The cashiers are extremely funny and knowledgeable, making choosing the right wine a breeze. Staff are understanding and very kind when errors happen, like a dropped bottle or a dented can, often allowing an exchange. They provide spot-on recommendations and help you find your drink of choice quickly. While they might never have the perfect stock, it is optimal for convenience and offers better service than other locations. The overall experience is welcoming and the staff make the shop lovely.
This is a busy location in the mall and it is smaller. Still has a decent selection and friendly staff.

A decent LCBO, but the cashier who served us needs to check his attitude. If you mutter something and your customer asks you to repeat, it might be a good idea to just repeat what you said, instead of bowling your eyes and go over in a dismissive tone.
In any case, there’s always another LCBO 10 mins away ;)
