“This place is a local gem. I heard Kaz Kitchen had changed ownership recently and decided to check it out since it has been a few months of disappointment with what was in the shelves. The new owner was so kind and immediately wanted to know what I was looking for and promised to stock it up for me. A couple days later, she had gotten exactly what I was looking for, and she's kept it in stock since! Not to mention the meat pies and lasagnas and desserts she makes! I always make sure to get a lunch or snack while there. Excellent cornerstore for Guigues Avenue.”
“My friends and I have been coming to this store for 6 years now. The owner Hati is a super funny and friendly man who makes great jokes and always makes me feel welcome. The store also has a great selection of candy and other foods such as cereal and drinks. Overall this store offers a great experience and I will definitely keep coming here.”

A couple weeks ago i saw a note from a government agency (can't remember which one) posted saying the owner allowed the business license to expire. The owner also stopped ordering new items a few months ago so I doubt it was an accident letting it expire. I do not believe this place will be opening any time soon.”
“This is my ideal store because they open early in the morning and close late at night. This is a best convenience store in the neighbourhood. Some grocery items are little expensive that i can understand because of convenience and if i need urgent cash then the ATM service is also available. Good grocery collection . IF YOU NEED TO GO SOMEWHERE PLEASE GO HERE. prices are kinda high but they're still wayyy better than the prices of circle k off campus. its usually just some student working there so they're super chill and friendly. unlike some other convenience stores in the area, they actually trust you walking around the store alone because they realize how unlikely it is that some adult would bother stealing a piece of chocolate or something.”

“Like many corner stores in older neighborhoods this one is a bit sketchy. I've personally witnessed a shouting match there. There's also a Cryptocurrency ATM which is a bit weird, and they have an AC unit that blows hot air out of the building and into your face as you go up the stairs to the front door.
As for the actual store, it likely has what you need. The Lady who I usually see running the store is pleasant and I usually don't find myself waiting to check out. Could be better, but I'll take it over not having a store.”

“My go-to gas station when I’m nowhere near Costco. You’re able to redeem PC Optimum points at the pump if you choose to, there’s a car wash available as well. Staff seem friendly most days although there’s no need to enter unless you’re there for something other than gas.”
“This Quickie was recently renovated and it looks great inside. It's bright and clean and best of all, it has ICEE! Four flavours of ICEE! ICEE is the best brand of slushie ever IMO. But if you like Slush Puppies, they have them too, 6 flavours. And the F'real milkshakes. It's convenience store drink heaven! Staff are super nice too. Best Quickie ever!”
“Amazing service, ordered off of Uber eats and when I needed a replacement for items that were unavailable (just the homemade fudge) the woman that works there called me and was very sweet and understanding and informative of what else she had to replace it. Awesome place, with awesome treats!!!!”

“I went here for the first time today. I have to say it looks absolutely magical, to me anyways. Mostly from nostalgia and my love of Tim Hortons. I didn’t actually go to the Tim Hortons inside the store though. I got a froster and a f’real milkshake.When I saw the frosters sign on the store, I almost felt like I could cry tears of joy. You see, the Mac’s Milk near my home in Barrhaven shut down about a year ago. That made me pretty sad because I have so many memories of it. It was one of the first places I would walk alone to as a child. I’d go and get frosters with my friends and family. It was a big part of my childhood, which is why it was sad to see it go.So when I drove up to this Mac’s less than an hour ago hoping to find something to drink and I saw they had frosters, I was ecstatic! But I was shocked when I went inside and actually saw their frosters station. To my surprise, all of the froster machines were working! The Mac’s near my house usually only ever had one or two of their four machines working. Not only were all their machines working at this newfound location though, they also have eight of them!My opinion of this Mac’s only got even better because I saw that, on top of the froster station (which is incredible enough as is), they have a fountain drink station and a f’real milkshake station! There’s even an ATM in the corner!The store was very clean, and everything looked all stocked up. I didn’t see a single thing that was out-of-order in the store.The man at the cash was very nice and polite as well, although I didn’t talk to him much.”

“It still has the pin holder to hold the gas lever! You rarely see this in most gas station in the province. I can clean my windows while the gas flows. I have no idea why most stations removes this function. Protect this station at all cost!!!”
“On Tuesday evening, I went to purchase batteries for my car keys at Slater Street Market 350 Slater and was extremely happy with the service I received from Kuljit. He installed the battery in my car keys and sold it for a great price (less than 6$ for 3 batteries). Great service!”

They also come out with free promotions for their members. This is 1 out of my 3 preferred stops for gas and convenience!
