At the beginning of May, I was confronted by a racist in this store, LCBO located in Rideau Mall (50 Rideau Street, Ottawa). The manager of course defended his employee over what I had to say and threatened to call the police. Something that I did myself, I had nothing to reproach myself for, I was just faced with an employee who refused me the right to a service for which I pay. Be careful!!! The manager is Caucasian, normal height, shaved head

Very friendly staff (especially Mike!). Always helpful and understanding. One day I dropped a bottle - completely my fault - and even though I wanted to pay for a replacement, I was told: no, errors happen. Very kind!

Over 20 people lined up. What a screwed up system. So slow and not another store that’s opened in the area. Terrible system and employees don’t care to speed up either

Honestly surprised about all the sour reviews. As soon as we walked in, a really nice and welcoming woman with glasses helped us out. We were literally in and out, and she even gave recommendations. Better than any LCBO I've been to in Toronto lol!

The words service in all the LCBO in Ontario .
The people there are animals and one of the employees skyny,(shaggy looking from Scooby Doo do) was losing control and try to get in a fight.
The service is like the one you will get in Haiti with everything that is going on .
