I brought my Cartier Panthère watch to the Brick store at Rideau Mall for resizing, and the experience was excellent. Eileen was super nice and very helpful. The watch was returned without any scratches, and they even offered me a coffee while I waited. I highly recommend this store for resizing luxury watches.
