“These folks are amazing. We bought an original engagement ring from another store as we didn't know about Dixon. I started doing research as I wanted to design a custom wedding band for myself. I had an old ring that had a few diamonds from my grandmother (it was her wedding ring way back when). Dixon was able to design a comfort band (in platinum as suggested) with the diamonds from the old ring. Its simple, yet tasteful, very comfortable and incredibly unique. They then took the gold and designed a custom butterfly pendant that we gave to my mother. The whole experience was top notch. We also had them design my wife's wedding band. This was all several years ago and Dixon has always been there to clean or resize or for any questions. We are going tomorrow to have another customer wedding band made. My only issue is that I wish there was a bit more advertising because we likely would of had my wife's engagement ring custom made here instead of buying at a retail store. I recommend these folks to everyone, they are artists.”

Pictured no scratches from the work. It cost 23 dollars; worth it for the speed and good customer service. I will be coming back for any repairs I may need, and highly recommend!”

My interaction with Nick just solidified my trust with him. Not only did the competitor not recognize a piece of dental gold to be of value, the amount paid on my lot was well above what the competitor offered. When you are dealing with sentimental pieces that you are looking at selling, it is comforting to know that Nick will give you the best price, based on a knowledgeable assessment.”

“Brought a super dainty necklace here that my dad got me from Hungary that I had previously brought to a different jeweller to get it fixed before it fully broke. That jeweller ended up completely breaking the necklace and leaving the gold clumped together. When I brought the necklace here the service was outstanding and the woman I spoke to when I dropped it of was more than reassuring they would be able to fix it with no notice of repair. 1000000/10 service I will definitely be back for any future repairs and will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs their jewellery repaired!”
