“Greetings, I just wanted to give a shout out to Ketulp for his outstanding service when I visited the Wellwise store on 1309 Carling Avenue in Ottawa. I have been to the Wellwise Store on Carling Avenue many times over the last two years and Ketulp has always been top of the class with his customer service. I called the store in mid April and asked to put aside an airlift mask for my CPAP machine. As soon as I walked into the store he recognized me and went to look for the mask that he had put aside. I also needed help with a shower transfer bench for an upcoming surgery. We have a small bathroom and some of the models would not fit our space.Since he did not have a floor model of the shower bench I wanted, he opened a box and built the base of the bench to give me a visual of how big it was. He went out of his way and with tape measure in hand he measured the different dimensions of the bench to make sure I had the right fit. I had visited some of the competitors looking for the shower bench and not one of them came close to matching Ketulp’s customer service. He was extremely helpful, he listened to me, suggested what I could do, and then recommended the right seat. I was worried about the no return policy on shower benches so if Ketulp had not taken the time to help me I probably would not of bought the bench. Thank You!”
