The staff at Wellwise Carling Ave Ottawa is amazing service and support. Customer experience is prompt and helpful service when purchasing lift chair or an Air cast. Delivery guys are polite, friendly and very helpful, delivered 2 hours later from the Kanata location. Hours are updated in Google and called are answered right away. Senior discount and prescription saved taxes are got. The experience is great, satisfied and exceptional, with staff demonstrating how it should be worn. Thank you for great shopping experience.

This store and the employees are amazing. They always find the time to talk to me. Kim is one of the nicest people in that store. I have known her for a few years now and has asked if I wanted to change my store location as I now live in the east end of Ottawa, and I said no thank you.

Staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Not only did they answer my questions, but also changed the tips on my canes (which proved more difficult than anticipated) and adjusted the height. I highly recommend this store (Carling Ave, Ottawa).
