This is probably the best Michael's location in Ottawa. They always seem to have the stock that no one else has, and the team is friendly and helpful. I find it's always worth it to make the trip out to Kanata to go to this location.

Decently stocked, but moved products around, alot more difficult to find things. Aisles not labelled, no map. Found what I needed, but had to ask for help to find the section in the store. Hard to find an employee willing to look me in the eye.
