Although the contract mentioned potential damage to particle board furniture, the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled with care. They even consulted us when they had concerns about certain items and somehow managed to move everything intact.

“Julide provided excellent customer service. I arrived before the time where I can get assistance from the staff. I was bringing stuff to add to my mom's storage, but I didn't have the exact locker number. I ran into Julide about 20 minutes before she would open the store. She agreed to help me even before the store opened, which she didn't have to. I was ok to wait because I understood I came before the time (8:40AM). She made my visit very smooth and gave me the necessary information where next time, I should have no issue. She was very fast, and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was good. Also, the place was very clean and it was easy for me to access what I needed after her help.”
