I had a fantastic experience at Rona+ today thanks to Rebekah. Even though she was busy mopping when I walked in, she stopped immediately to greet me with a smile. She processed my return incredibly fast and was so friendly throughout the whole transaction. She even let me know about the customer survey for a chance to win a gift card. I had no idea that was even an option! Her helpful attitude really made my day, and I will definitely be coming back to this location thanks to her.
