Half the clothes I buy here start losing threads within a month. 30 day return policy isn't enough, and corporate needs to start making clothes that don't fall apart. If I'm going to buy shitty cheap clothes, I may as well go to the grocery store instead of buying this crap.

Always find some great deals for my kids here. But apparently there is water for sale at the cash now for $5.50?! Some of the clothes are cheaper than that!

Wide range of merchandise attractively displayed. Large space with high ceilings broken up into smaller bays so it doesn't feel like a flea market.
Check out moves smoothly, although lineups are sometimes significant. The staff is unfailingly attentive and never seem to be stressed and give you their full attention when it's your turn. Ad far as this model of checkout goes this is a very good experience.

While I don't frequently shop at Old Navy, I usually have a positive experience finding the items I need. However, I feel the store layout could benefit from clearer signage to assist customers in navigation.
