Pet Valu, Pet Stores
Hours: Pet Valu is a pet store that has been providing pets with everything they need to be healthy, happy, and active for many years. The store has a great selection of pet food, treats, toys, and accessories, and is staffed by specially trained Animal Care Experts who are committed to helping customers find the best products for their pets. The manager and staff at this location are praised for their excellent customer service. They are described as friendly, down-to-earth, professional, and helpful when customers are looking for specific products or brands. The staff is also noted for anticipating the needs of regular customers and keeping extra supplies on hand. Customers appreciate the large selection of products available, as well as the new dog bath service. The staff has also been helpful in providing advice on finding the right pet food, particularly for a customer with a diabetic cat. While the store is generally well-regarded, some customers have noted that the selection of certain frozen pet food varieties can be limited at times.
