In store tellers are wonderful, but the overall company has gone downhill. Onerous processes to open and maintain accounts. Fixing pin issues. You need 2 pieces of ID and a health card doesn't count. The fees charged for accounts are outrageous as compared to other banks.

This bank has terrible hours for being downtown. They close early whenever they want. Super unreliable don't waste your time coming here
