Rexall Drugstore is a nicely located pharmacy with courteous and amazing helping staff. The pharmacists are excellent, very kind, gentle, and pleasant, and they know their stuff. The store is well stocked with plenty of selection and always seems organized. Service can be great and speedy, with prescriptions sometimes ready within 30 minutes. A plus is its convenient location right in front of a bus stop, making it a place to run to for needs in a hurry. Some find the prices somewhat inflated and note it can be incredibly hard to find parking. At times, there is a feeling of being short staffed.
There's a good range here but it's hard for a visitor to Ottawa to find what they are looking for. Staff were rude, dismissive and unhelpful.

Never had anything but a great experience in here for the past 2 years. Sometimes the pharmacy is busy. But, life is busy.

Arrived for COVID shot with my partner... pharmacist was excellent and very kind and gentle. Barely a sore arm. He really knows his stuff! Highly recommended.
