Disgusting I have been dealing with this branch for over 30 years for investments. Had an advisor for 30 years just dropped me and my mother like a hot potatoe no explanation, no kiss my ass, no nothing. Will probably be moving all my investments very soon after going to the branch to see what the hell is going on.

Terrible customer service from this and all scotiabank establishments. Provided all my personal information but won’t give me a new bank card to access my own personal information after someone gained access to my account and changed my phone number. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
