“It was very quiet on a cold winter day when we were visiting. No vendors were located outside of the market itself, so quite contrary to what I expected, but we still loved it. Plenty of street parking too. We toured the market itself, found clean bathrooms on the second floor with some art displayed, ate some bakery goods @ Le Moulin De Provence bakery and took photos with Ottawa sign.”

“The medical clinic is well run and if you go into the walking clinic, you can get an appointment to see a doctor for another day. I only had to wait 10 minutes to see a doctor once I had an appointment. The doctor was pleasant, patient and kind.”

“Food Basics is really great. Very clean and well organized store. Staff were awesome!??‍♀️?Also several medical clinics on site.I wish there was a decent coffee shop here at Plaza. Accessibility by bus. Unfortunately no places to sit. A few more benches and garbage bins at both sides of parking lot would be great!”

“This is like many small malls, it is an eclectic mix of stores that are struggling, empty stores, stores that was someone's dream retail idea or franchise but they didn't have the capital to open up somewhere better, like Bayshore, Rideau Center or St.Laurent.Lacking any major anchor stores does however happens if managers and that the location is really well suited to serving the needs of local community members, especially seniors who can't drive farther. There's a hearing aid store, Several glasses stores, CPAP clinic and more”

“2024 this is starting to come back after the Covid fiascal. There is an escape room by the government. I think it's where you can make personal transactions with other people without being scammed? Sounds like a scam to me ?They have a walking group that meets here on a regular basis.I was sad tonight Nov22/22, I saw Santa sitting all by himself no kids or anyone for that matter.I drop by here almost daily to get my steps in and also to shop of course and buy my lottery tickets. They have a great Starbucks here too.”

“They did a really great job renovating the inside promenade, very stylish and pretty. I live in the neighborhood, I wish they would unlock the doors on weekends to let people walk through. They have 24hr security, and you can get in through Starbucks, so why lock every other door. When it is freezing outside it's really nice to be able to walk through to get to Starbucks.”

“This is an outdoor mall with considerable distance between the entrances of each store, forcing one to drive between stores, unless you park strategically... That said, the selection of stores is nice, and honestly most visits are for only one or two stores at a time. Stores are relatively well maintained.”

“Great place, I’ve been going here since I moved around the area 5 years ago. There is a lot of parking so I’ve only had a problem with that once, and there pretty much everything you need in this one area. Clothes, groceries, food, a bank and much more.”

“I'm usually 99% not a mall fan! :) I don't like retail shopping in general, online is my way to go hahaha. Nevertheless, this shopping center has almost everything, the price range is reasonable and there's a good variety of stores.I've never had an issue with their parking, it's always available even on weekends.I had to pass by Carlo's Bakery for some delicious cake :)”

“I have a long history with this mall. Fond memories as a child when they had Toy World and a cinema. That's all gone now. It's a very pleasant place to shop. It's never overly busy. Downfall is, there are not many stores.Rockin Johnny's has been there for a long time. They have good food at good prices. The Shoppers Drug Mart is one of the biggest in the city, and I think the only one that is open 24 hours. There is also a neat bargain store, similar to those you might see walking Spadina in Toronto. There you can get some great deals on needed household items, and always friendly service.A HINT - the front parking lot gets a little packed. Drive around back. There's always plenty of parking, and you can also access the mall from there.”
