I went into the store today with full intent to buy new shoes. The store was empty but The staff were too busy working on a shipment and cleaning a shelf to even bother asking me if I needed a hand. To be honest I don't even think they saw me. After 10 minutes of no one talking to me I decided to walk out. Just lost a sale.

Sorry, but my experience was not a good one. I purchased a gift certificate just before Christmas, then saw the 20% more, but a few days later. I asked about this and the server tried to cancel the gift certificate - called HO and was told that it wasn't possible. A few months later my daughter tried to use the gift certificate - NOT ACTIVATED!! That's $100. down the drain!!

Honestly, I’d go as far as to call this a hidden gem. When no other store in Ottawa had the pair of Puma sneakers I was looking for, this location had it in-stock and on sale. It’s definitely worth checking out.

Horrible customer service. At least 4 people including myself went in and nobody was asked if they needed help or even a hello (Sunday shift)

When ever I go in there they never offer to help us. Last week I went there toa pair of shoes I finally asked the girl if they it in 7.After 15 minutes of checking she told me no only in 1 6 and a half and in another color. I got angry and walked out. The following day another girl helped me she found the shoe I wanted but I had to pay for it because it would be delivered there. After a week I still do not have it. Tomorrow I'm going there and get my money back. There service stinks they need adults not children working in there and a Canadian would have helped,the first girl had no clue and didn't understand me at all.

I’m not sure about all these negative reviews on here but I need to send my own review.I went in impromptu yesterday after work. The sales rep was alone and had three other customers as well as myself.She was super friendly, helpful and a great multi tasker. I honestly think she did a great job handleing everyone at the same time. Great service. No. I did not get greeted right away HOWEVER she was busy with other customers. When she had a free moment from her demanding customers , she made sure to make me feel seen. All in all great service. I did not get her name but she was in June 12th around 6pm.
