Owen from Homesense went above and beyond with his customer service. I purchased a 6 ft nutcracker from this store. Owen took the time ( on one of the busiest days of the year) to wrap it up with foam and then with shrink wrap. He also brought it out and loaded it onto my husband’s truck.
