I would suggest extended hours. I have had a parcel held at the ship centre but I was unable to pick up because I am working during the 3 hours it is open :(

I would like to thank Ashley at the owen sound location... I had issues with another company... I went in and Ashley was fantastic... I was crying and she assured me she could help me with my situation... she walked me through it and in the end I left with a smile ? thanks a million

Just want to thank Ashley for her help with my complicated shipping order yesterday. I gotta say you guys are lucky to have her as your employee. That young lady would make a killing as a waitress in the service industry.
