“I had two experiences today, one with a GBTEL technician, Adam and 3 conversations with Bell (lasting 4 hours, no resolution).
GBTEL has provided quick and knowledgeable response. A week ago, When we realized a technician was needed to fix the router issue, they booked one and he showed up on time! . Not only did he show up, but the previous day he spent an hour+ reviewing our system so he would be prepared for all eventualities. He came prepared, completed the job better than hoped for, all is in good shape.
