We ordered a present for Christmas for our granddaughter. It was shipped December 11 and arrives at the depot in Owen Sound on December 13. On December 20 they advised that they had not unpacked the truck and on December 24 it still wasn’t ready. These folks are incompetence in action.

Strangest Purolator drop off center I've ever seen. Why don't they place all their shipping envelopes and cartons up front to make it easy to ship with them? Everything isn't accessible. So I ended up at FedEx, everything is there and they are friendly too.
