“Last week I brought my mother in for new shoes, her feet are badly crippled so we knew it would be a difficult task. Beverly approached us when we came in and she was so incredible with my mom. I think we tried on half the shoes in the store before finally finding a suitable pair. I am so grateful for the kindness, compassion and patience Beverly showed us during the long process - you are wonderful thanks again”
“Susan completely turned what could have been a stressful rushed experience into something genuinely enjoyable. I was on a tight timeline trying to find two pairs of shoes for a conference, and from the moment she stepped in she just got it. She was incredibly attentive, warm, and easy to connect with someone who really listens and understands what you need.
What stood out most was her instinct. Her suggestions were absolutely spot on, she somehow knew exactly what I was looking for before I could even articulate it. Her taste is impeccable, and she guided me with total confidence without ever making me feel pressured.
Beyond that, she took the anxiety right out of the process. I felt taken care of, supported, and in great hands the entire time. It is rare to come across someone who blends professionalism, style and genuine care so seamlessly.
I had such a great experience and will absolutely be coming back to see Susan again. Truly exceptional sales support. Thank you!”

“The owner took a really good care of me when i was in the store.
She took her time to assess my feet, so i can make the right decision.
I had to drive 1hr and 30mins to be in this store and it was worth it.
MAY GOD BLESS HER BUSINESS AND HER HEALTH!”
