By far the BEST grocery store in Owen Sound!!
I called this morning to see if they had any Stir Fry kits available, and I was put through to produce as they are the ones who look after that. The guy who answered said that there was none made...but that he would personally make me what ever I wanted. He asked me when I wanted it ready for, and said that even though he was done at noon, he would make sure it was ready for me in the produce cooler, I would just need to let the staff know I had one set aside for me :)
Ok, I get this is probably part of their job, but I just love how I was made to feel that important, that they would take that extra time from their day to make my request.

This hasn't been the first time the store has gone above and beyond for assistance. I remember another time I was looking for a particular item and couldn't find it. The store owner/manager (who,by the way, is ALWAYS there... morning, noon and night..it's wonderful to see such a hands on always visible store owner/manager, who is always incredibly helpful!!) was putting away items on the shelf and I had asked him about it.. he said no they didn't have it...but the next time I was in the store it was definitely there on the shelf!!

I love my little in-town grocery store that always takes such good care of their customers, making it a safe and comfortable shopping experience!!
