Ian is extremely knowledgeable on what products are available in this grocery store and directly goes out of his way to walk you over and show you the options available with a smile on his face. His level of customer service is such an asset to your team and makes this employee absolutely irreplaceable. If it weren't for Ian and a few other staff members I would have to go elsewhere for my groceries yet it is always reassuring I will have a successful shop if he is working.
