CIBC Online, Mobile and Telephone Banking are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please note: Transactions conducted on weekends and holidays or after 6 p.m. EST will be effective the next business day.

Every time I’ve been here they have been extremely helpful and always very friendly, I think I’ve seen 4 or 5 different tellers and each one was great, today I saw Destiny who went above and beyond and was extremely patient and kind, makes a nice change from customer service in a lot of places.

I bank with CIBC. I've gone in here many times and have had my questions answered more often than not.

Customer service representatives are always friendly and professional; the bank itself is a little dank. It might be time for an interior overhaul. Brick as the major component of an interior of a building (that's not a bar with neon signs) hasn't been prevalent since the 70's. But overall, a good experience.
