He didn’t rush me, didn’t talk down to me, and made sure I understood every step of the process. His knowledge and confidence immediately made me feel like my vehicle was in good hands.
Throughout the entire visit, Kiptyn checked in with me, kept me updated on what they found, and went over pricing and options with total transparency. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with genuine friendliness, but he did exactly that. You can tell he cares about his work and wants customers to leave feeling informed, supported, and satisfied.
When the service was finished, my vehicle ran better than it had in a long time, and I left feeling incredibly grateful. The whole team at OK Tire Pembroke was efficient and professional, but Kiptyn’s extra effort truly made the experience exceptional. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, and his level of care really sets this location apart.

“If I could give more stars I would. 10/10 recommend if your looking for a place to bring your car/truck. Both lady's at the front were super knowledgeable about the job I was wanting done amd were able to squeeze me in last minute on a Friday. Unfortunately didn't catch the mechanics name that fixed up my exhaist but shoutout to him for coming back out and making the few adjustments to to make it all work out in the end. All that too for an amazing price. I'll definitely be taking my vehicles here for service in the future. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.”
“I ran over some wet road paint the very day I got my new truck and it shot all over the side. I called valley collision and talked to Bailey and she offered to get me in that very day and was told it would be done by the end of the day. They got all the paint off and even buffed out other scratches that I didn't even mention. The job was done quickly and professionally and the truck looks like new.
