Pembroke branch finally got to the bottom of the ordeal and helped me close out my loan today by making a final and last payment instead of giving me some lame excuses…*cough, cough* Petawawa branch…”
“I just wanted to take a moment to say how great Krista Wells(Financial Advisor) is at her job, and how professional she is. I particularly like how when she isent sure of something she doesn't just guess and does something she thinks is right, she seeks the support of her peers and manager to get the correct answer the first time. She helped myself through a mortgage and has also helped me with RRSP's and FHSA in the past, and soon a TFSA. “The TD Canada Trust bank in Pembroke is the poster child for customer service. I had an issue with moving funds from outside the country and reached out for some assistance. Scott Hefkey got a hold of me right away and resolved the issue. The noteworthy part of all this is he did it while he was on vacation. That is customer service to the max. So sorry there are only 5 stars to give.”
