“I had an absolute blast at Michaels this week! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with kind, friendly smiles from the staff, which immediately set a great tone. However, my mission that day was to find the absolute perfect yarn to knit a sweater for my self conscious dog. I was completely overwhelmed and having a massive amount of difficulty choosing between magenta and school bus yellow, but then a young lady on the staff came to my rescue. She gave me the exact advice and reassurance I needed to navigate the yarn aisle successfully. Will be back! Five stars!”
