I wanted to tell you about the young man on the Pro desk yesterday, November 20th. This mans work ethic exemplifies what an employee is supposed to be. He went above and beyond to assist me. I also wanted to say that HomeDepot's website for online orders is confusing. Please tell your upper management that it needs to be redesigned.”
