I bought a used truck from them in July 2025. And I’ll remind you, it is a “USED” truck so it had a couple minor things wrong with is after a bit of driving that needed to be addressed and they looked after it quickly and without question.

“It all started with me sending my car to Beans Chevrolet in Carleton Place Ontario. While Beans had my car it was nothing but problems and lack of communication on their end, they broke a bunch of stuff on my car while supposed to be doing a safety. Apon picking up my car they told me a bunch of stuff stopped working while they were working on it and that they weren’t fixing what they broke cause it was an (older car) baffled at their response I had paid the final bill of over a $1,000.00 and took my car home. I had sent it to Mark Noonan at Noonan’s Auto where I learned the real difference between a real mechanic and these textbook mechanics they’re pumping out these days. Mark and his team were very professional! From the time I dropped my car off to the time of pickup which wasn’t even a full day I was treated like (FAMILY) Mark listened to everything I had to say! He fixed what beans Chevrolet broke in a timely manner and had me back on the road with less than half the price beans wanted. He stayed beside me the whole way explaining whatever I needed him to! Mark is a business owner but one with a heart and that isn’t something you come across much in 2026! Im so greatful to have a Auto Garage like Noonan’s Auto! My vehicles will never go anywhere but to Mark @ Noonan’s Auto from here on out!! If anyone is ever in need of a (real mechanic) please check on Noonan’s Auto on the Christy Lake Road!! Highly recommended!!! 5 Star Garage! I just want to add for an auto shop you'd expect a little mess and maybe some motor oil, it was so clean inside the customer area and in the shop you could of ate off the floor!!”

“I had purchased new lights for my headlights at CT and they even billed me to install them. I noticed that the headlights weren't aimed properly when I used them. When I went to Frizells for winter tire change and I asked him to aim the headlights for me. He came back and said the lights weren't properly installed and he re-installed them. No Charge!! I am a loyal customer now. Great work, and an honest man. Both these traits are rare today.”
