“Today my sister had amazing customer service experience at D-Tech Automotive . The car exhaust flange between the intermediate pipe and muffler was broken. She dropped off the car in the hopes of a cancellation. Lucky enough there was one later in the day. They even drove to relative while the car was being repaired. She was appreciative and greatful for that they were able to accommodate her. Thank you to the receptionist and the mechanics.”

“I was referred to Perth Motors by locals for a new set of tires. I got a quote I liked & ordered the tires & installation from Jane over the phone. A few days later, Jane called me to inform me that they got the tires for a lower price than expected & she lowered lowered my quote by $50! They could’ve easily pocketed the difference with me being none the wiser.As I waited for my tires to get installed, I had the pleasure of watching Paul & Jane interact with local customers. They treated everyone on a familiar first name basis with a attentiveness one gives to a close friend. A class act all around. I will definitely go back to them once my winter tires need replacing.Service: Tires”

“John did a great job on our 1994 F-350 which needed floor pans and rockers and fenders. Took longer than we had expected, but the result was excellent. In fairness, John was working on this an a loose time-line, but when we nailed down a date we needed it, he came through. Bottom line is John does great work!”
