The level of customer service I recieved at this Dollerama was above and beyond what I could have hoped for. When I went in with a unique clothing emergency (and very little time to do anything about it) a few days ago, the staff went out of their way to search high and low through boxes and back stock to help find me something that would work. They literally spent a good 10-15 min of their time searching for me, when they easily could have just told me, "Sorry, we don't have any available at this time." I left with exactly what I needed, thanks to the ladies working there.

I have never left a review on a particular store but I feel on this occasion I must…
I’ve spent many years in hospitality and retail I must say the Petawawa Dollarama needs an infusion on how to deliver great customer service… there’s often a line up with only one unhappy cashier while others are tasking or chatting, incidentally the store between Petawawa and Pembroke offers great customer, this is my go to store.

Old senior lady with short gray hair at the front cash is by far the most unpleasant person I've ever dealt with. I feel bad if she has grandchildren. 10/10 stay away
