“We were pleasantly surprised by how smooth and efficient our visit was at this RBC branch, thanks to Mahima! We stopped in to request a bank draft for a property closing, fully expecting it might take a while since that often requires a supervisor’s signature. I admit, we were also a bit hesitant based on some of the past reviews, but our experience ended up being very positive.
There was hardly any wait before we stepped up to the desk to speak with the RBC client advisor. Mahima truly left a lasting impression with her exceptional service and warm, friendly demeanour. She was genuinely sweet, made great conversation while getting everything prepared for us, and we learned that she had recently moved to the area. We did wait a short while afterward for the supervisor’s sign-off, but Mahima handled the whole process wonderfully.
Overall, it took much less time than we anticipated, and we left very pleased with the straightforward, positive experience. I hope others visiting this branch have the same great experience we did.”
