About CIBC Branch with ATM
CIBC Branch with ATM provides a range of banking services for customers. The branch is closed on provincial holidays, but ATMs remain accessible at most locations. Online, mobile, and telephone banking are available 24/7, with transactions made on weekends, holidays, or after 6 p.m. EST processed the next business day.
Customers have had mixed experiences at the branch. Some have praised the staff, such as Kathleen, who was determined to solve a customer's issue, and Donna Johnstone, who is described as providing excellent customer service. However, one customer reported a rude attitude from the receptionist, who seemed to be in a rush to leave work instead of caring for the customer.
Overall, the branch appears to offer a range of banking services, with some customers reporting positive experiences with the staff, while others have encountered less than ideal customer service.
