I went to Charlotte Jewelers to see about getting my Mum's earring repaired. It was done on the spot, quickly and at no charge! They also cleaned both earrings so that they now look as good as new! What a great store, kind and generous staff. I will definitely use them again.

I got a custom engagement ring made here and they did such a good job. The staff put a lot of effort and care into bringing your vision to life. I am so so happy with how my ring came out, I cannot recommend Charlotte Jewelers enough!

After having my jewelry stolen, Charlotte jewelers staff have been incredible in helping us rebuild a collection and we are so grateful for the support and gorgeous pieces they have helped us create.
