I have gone to his location in Peterborough many times over the years for minor watch repairs, batteries, straps, pins, etc and I have always felt like I went back in time. I walked through a door way that took me back to those old days, of great customer service. They are professional, friendly and very fair in their evaluation and charges. Sometime, we stumble on a small business like this one, a business that has a heart, a face, attached to its operation, that is in today’s world, is so hard to find. I wanted to do this for a while now and today, is the day. To all of the staff at this wonderful family business, I thank you.”

“We purchased my wedding ring at the Windsor location over 2 years ago. Unfortunately, have had some issues with the design and it had to be repaired a few times. We have a cottage in Peterborough area and they allowed us to work with them on repairs. Unfortunately it got to the point where the ring needed replacing. Instead of having to wait until we got back home to Windsor, the manager Jenn told us to pick out a comparable priced ring and made the experience seamless. She ensured there was no price difference incurred even though the new one was a bit more. As far as I am concerned, this store and manager went above and beyond. It was unfortunate this ring has some issues, but honestly the experience and the way we were treated is something we love in a business and they will continue to have us as customers.”

I love this shop, they have a great selection of tarot/oracle card decks, gemstones, clothing, and funky home decor. And their incense collection is fantastic and well priced too! Best deals on incense in town! They also have a great selection of gemstone jewelry that suits both elegant styles and hippy/bohemian styles.

Here’s why 4 stars instead of 5:
The staff are nice, not always knowledgeable on the stones or other things in stock. In previous years, their staff was much more knowledgeable or trained on knowing their products.

Their gemstone collection is great and had a wide variety of common gems and some you may not have encountered before! However, their stones are overpriced. But regardless, you can still find super cool specimens there, including towers, spheres, and other cool carved stones.

Overall, this is a fantastic shop and I really enjoy shopping here for unique items, gifts, and restocking my incense. I’ve always had a great experience in store. You can always find something super neat to discover!”
