“I am now 8 classes into my journey with F45 and I cannot speak highly enough about it. This is an incredible gym and community to be a part of - from the owner (Marco), to the various coaches, everyone has been extremely welcoming and supportive! The classes are certainly not easy but everyone can go at their own pace when needed, and the coaches are there to guide you. If you have a pre-existing injury, they are happy to listen and make suggestions/accommodations for you when needed. For anyone who wishes to be stronger or fitter, but has struggled to get engaged with a 'classic gym' environment, this is the perfect landing spot for you. The sense of community I feel when here is unparalleled and I am so excited to continue at F45 for hopefully many years to come!”

“Any time fitness has such positive vibes just from entering the gym. I knew it would be a place I would feel comfortable starting my fitness journey. The staff are very welcoming, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and so willing to answer questions.The gym is very clean and has alot of equipment even at busy times youre not waiting long to use something. “Just sterted a few weeks ago and it's everything I was looking for in a gym. Staff is friendly, members are friendly. The facility is very clean. Lots of equipment for every exercise your looking to do.Haven't been to a gym in a while so I was nervous at first. All nerves gone on the first day there. Highly recommend if your looking for a friendly place to go work out.”

“Amazing facility! Everything is clean and in great condition. But what was really surprising is how easy it was to put my membership on hold several times. And I just had to cancel the membership due to family circumstances and they didn’t put me through a lengthy process where I had to talk to several managers who tried to convince me to stay and then charge some ridiculous cancellation fee! Such a relief. I had to cancel GoodLife membership 10 years ago and it was a nightmare. I’m so glad they changed how they do things. Or maybe it’s just this location that is so great! I’ll be back for sure!”
