I love this shop, they have a great selection of tarot/oracle card decks, gemstones, clothing, and funky home decor. And their incense collection is fantastic and well priced too! Best deals on incense in town! They also have a great selection of gemstone jewelry that suits both elegant styles and hippy/bohemian styles.
Here’s why 4 stars instead of 5:
The staff are nice, not always knowledgeable on the stones or other things in stock. In previous years, their staff was much more knowledgeable or trained on knowing their products.
Their gemstone collection is great and had a wide variety of common gems and some you may not have encountered before! However, their stones are overpriced. But regardless, you can still find super cool specimens there, including towers, spheres, and other cool carved stones.
Overall, this is a fantastic shop and I really enjoy shopping here for unique items, gifts, and restocking my incense. I’ve always had a great experience in store. You can always find something super neat to discover!”
“I was recently in this business to help my friend pick out an outfit for her son's upcoming wedding. The selection was fabulous, the clothing beautiful, and there is a fairly good range of sizes. The owner, Victoria, was friendly and very helpful in suggesting different items that would look good on my friend. She found a gorgeous outfit and let me tell you the smile on her face was priceless!
While we were there, a disgruntled customer came in, demanding her money back for a service/product - yes I use the word "demanding" on purpose. From what we could hear this person hadn't a leg to stand on. Victoria handled this situation as well as humanly possible. She did not just bow to this person's demands and clearly explained her knowledge of what had happened in the situation. After this person started to say she had "heard this had happened before", she was immediately asked where she had heard it and would not/could not say - which speaks volumes. In the end Victoria proposed a solution that would be fair to everyone involved , however I suspect this person will not be happy with anything, given her attitude.

“Good selection of clothing and different styles. XXL is their biggest size so it's not a plus size store. Their pricing is okay, I paid 24.99 for a t shirt here and I feel that is overpriced. Stuff are always helpful and kind!”

The woman who assisted me on Saturday was super helpful and even shared that RW & Co encourages the customer to get the clothing hemmed to make them fit better for your figure and that they will reimburse you with a gift card (up to $50) per shopping trip.
