I had an exceptional experience today while returning a pair of shoes. Despite me not having the correct receipt, the cashier was remarkably polite, patient, and helpful in the efforts to locate the transaction in the system. Such exemplary customer service is rare and valuable these days. That employee deserves some recognition!
