“I have been with a Credit Union for the last 30 yrs. I recently switched to RBC and I am so happy I did. I am so impressed with this bank and the features it has and how helpful I find them. They give you insights on how and where exactly you’re spending each month. Then it gives you a recommended budget. It is extremely helpful. They also have something called Nomi & Save, a free service where you can automatically save money for vacation, saving, etc. so you don’t have to pay to use a service like Moka, KOHO, etc. to save for you. They also have a Avion Rewards where you get points for shopping and using your debit card at certain places which can then be turned in for flights, travel packages, gift cards, and merchandise. You can also convert your points to other eligible loyalty programs, or use them towards financial rewards like paying your credit card bill, contributing to an RRSP, Trade with Points, and charitable donations. These are just the major reasons I have been loving this bank so far. I have only had an account for a few months and the list of reasons I’m loving it gets bigger all the time. I’m extremely happy I made the switch. If you’re thinking about it I would absolutely recommend making the switch. I also want to say Shannon and Mikayla at the Petrolia branch have been amazing and extremely helpful in getting everything set up ( helping my mother and spouse switch as well ).”
