“Sean and his assistant were attentive and helped me find the perfect configuration within budget. The team delivered the outdoor furniture on time and in the rain. However they left one box on the truck by accident. I thought they would reschedule it for down the road. I called Sean, and he got right on it. YONAS the delivery man came back later that same night in the rain again and delivered the rest. Things sometimes go wrong, it's how you handle it that makes a difference.
