I ended up selling some of my old silver and gold to them and was very satisfied with the price I was paid. I have also recently had a large number of rings sized and some watch batteries replaced. I find both Robyn and Phil so helpful and knowledgeable - they've made suggestions, given me their opinions, and offered solutions to some of my concerns. I am very comfortable now with their services - I am not one who likes to shop around a lot, and finding a business I can work with and stay loyal to is worth a lot to me. They have definitely earned that trust and loyalty.”

“Went into this location at Pickering town center Fri Feb 20 2026. The service was good in the beginning.

They were helpful I asked for a price on an item in the clearance section
Was told it was 55% off I said great what's the price 999.99 less 55%= 449.99 plus tax I said ok thank you and my wife and I continued to look around for something.

Another sales person started to help us because our first sales person was busy at the back desk area but after we were shown a few more things we decided to buy the first item we seen but we made note the other sales person did help us first. They kinda talked about it to see who would cash us out and it ended up being the second sales person. She asked if we wanted the extended warranty since this was a gift we said yes. When the I saw the total on the receipt I thought something was weird. I looked closely at it and they split the discount percentage 40% then 15% which brought the sub Total to 509.99 before taxes and the extended warranty. What happen to the 449.99 I asked her the other sales person gave that total 999.99 -55% should have been 449.99. Her response was oh well that's the way we do it she would not adjust it. She did say oh you can come back next week the clearance stuff will be at 20% off we didn't even understand what that was supposed to mean.

So be careful of this scam they pull. The old bait and switch. Tell you one thing but do another.

So after talking with the manager over the phone and then going in this evening Feb 27/2026 Soroush the manager was understanding and made things right. I just wanted to pay what I was quoted. It's too bad that when I mentioned it when I was there that the sales person didn't take the time to go discuss it with the first sales person that I spoke with and gave me that price. I changed the star rating up to 4 I couldn't give 5 only because my time and gas I had spend to sort it out. Thank you Soroush”
