Many have commented about their great experiences, and I could easily add mine (as I feel the same)! However, to avoid repetition, I'll comment on additional aspects not typically mentioned.
I'm familiar with other similar businesses, and can compare from a position of experience. Their facilities are superb- such as the bottle fillers and corking equipment (on the customer side). And the equipment is very well-maintained and a pleasure to use, there's no concern about a breakdown during the customer experience.
I'm also familiar with their processing procedures and techniques- beyond excellent! They have an extremely high attention to detail and always implement the best procedures per documented best practices and their solid judgement. Sanitation and hygiene are outstanding. And if it occurs to them that there's an even better way to do something (to produce an even higher-quality product, for example), they're always tweaking and experimenting (on their own batches) towards continued improvement. The end products to the customers are high-quality, and a disappointing or sub-standard wine should never be a concern.
A lot of other shops are content with simply grinding out whatever is profitable to them, often with whatever is the easiest from their side. In contrast, these guys are very innovative and frequently experiment with new things. For me personally, there are some specific examples that have been extremely satisfying. It's always neat to hear what they're up to or thinking about!
On the business side, their products are very reasonably priced; and they are both very pleasant to deal with. They have a passion for what they do, and it's very obvious in how they deal with customers. In other words, James and Jeff are a couple of really nice guys! And very knowledgeable with not only the wine-making business, but many matters in general (which often spills over into improved wine making!).
You can't go wrong by visiting this shop!”

“For those who love beers and drinks with bottles, make sure you keep the bottles. You can return it at the beer store 10cents for small cans and 20 cents for big bottle”
“Great selection of wines but DOES not sell beer. Love the visit and the staff is great there. They told me that the beer section does not belong to The Wine Shop. You have to go to the Metro Customer Service.”

“A friend took me here because they have some lovely clothing. It was worth the drive. The staff was absolutely wonderful, helped me find a dress. Very patient too because I was not sure about it. Ended up buying a midi length summer dress and I am very happy with my purchase.”

“Met my friend in the carpool across the street to go up to dorset for the day. Great parking lot. Nice lines painted very straight. Had no issues parking my truck. There were trees surrounding the area which gave it a nice "vacation" type vibe. All in all I wouldn't hesitate to use this carpool again. Would recommend to anyone that needs to leave their vehicle somewhere for the day. 5/5”
“A fairly new beer store that is self serve. It is large with a segregated bottle return area. Staff are professional and friendly. Just be careful in the parking lot as it is a very busy lot with cars parking to visit other retailers in the mall.”
“This can be the busiest LCBO store in Ajax especially near the holiday times. it's quite a large store with a separate walk-in cooler for the beer selection. Good customer service, great staff and a good selection of wines and spirits. A good size vintage wine section is also available.”

“4 stars ⭐️ for LCBO in Taunton, Whitby! The staff are super helpful and knowledgeable, always happy to assist. The shelves are well-stocked, and the location is fantastic - right near two superstores! Love the variety of tequilas they have on display. One thing to note: if you're looking for premium brands like Hennessy, you'll need to ask the staff to bring it out for you - it's not always on the shelves due to shoplifting concerns. Can't blame them for that, shoplifting is a real issue. Overall, a great place to shop with excellent service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Nice service and a good interior environment. We always loved going here until I witnessed a man openly stealing wine in public, rightfully, confidently, and boldly. The cashier tried to stop him, but he had a lot of reasons to support his shameless robbery. I strongly urge the police to provide some help to this nice and well-managed LCBO store.”
“It's a pretty good location, very small with a semi limited selection beers and coolers, but you'll find something you like. They still have a great selection of wines, spirits and liqueurs”
