“A fairly new beer store that is self serve. It is large with a segregated bottle return area. Staff are professional and friendly. Just be careful in the parking lot as it is a very busy lot with cars parking to visit other retailers in the mall.”

“Update: 04 March 2022I made a complaint with the LCBO customer service. They replied that this employee has been sent to training. This center is now a good place to visit and I rated it 4. Good friendly staff, with nice stock of variety beer, cocktails, ipa, wines and liquors.This is an edited review. My initial rating was 4 out of 5. The reason why I am down rating is, there is a lean lady staff, she is very rude to customers. This is the second time I am getting attitude from her. Me and friends bought some alcohol, she asked me and I showed her my Id, And one of my friend didnt had any canadian Id with her, he showed her multiple other Id's. But she didn't accepted any of it. And made us wait there.That is OK, but she should behave nicely to the customers. We are not there to get charity from her. If she cannot sell us, she should tell us nicely. All the time she was shouting to us. I have also registered a complaint on her. I wouldn't do this, but this is unacceptable behaviorStaffs like her will spoil the name of entire business.”

“NEED ANSWERS! (Read below)I have not yet visited this store, but was planning on making a trip from upstate NY to purchase some Baja Blast syrup as I am unable to locate any local retailers near me. However, I have heard that the recipe for Mountain Dew varies between countries. Not sure if this applies to Canada vs USA, but I know the US is notorious for allowing more unhealthy products to be sold. If anyone who has purchased this product or the owner of the store is able to provide the ingredients list for the regular Mtn Dew syrup and/or the Baja Blast syrup, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!”

“Man, this had to be the best, most friendliest customer service I have had in the longest while. And not just at the a beer store but, any establishment I have attended during the covid and pre-covid. It was refreshing and professional and patient and efficient. The young lady working there on the evening of June 24 approximately 730pm should be considered a customer service guru. The gentleman there as well, was also very friendly and professional. I have been attending various beer stores throughout the Province of Ontario. Mainly in the city of Toronto. My penny's worth of advice to Management who care, promote this young lady to a position where she could educate those less fortunate not to have the skill sets to make a customers experience a pleasurable one.
