When my husband and I renewed our phone plans, Jinto and Harsh were incredibly knowledgeable and patient. They walked us through cost comparisons and current promotions, and we ended up with upgraded phones and better plans that were cheaper than what we were previously paying.

“Vipul is amazing!
I called Fido. I waited 2 days for an appointment. They told me to go to the Fido store. The Pickering fido store told me to go back to the 1888 number. I was very frustrated. I stopped at Vipuls booth. He was patient. He fixed all my issues. He is very easy to talk to and understood my frustration. I will return to Vipul everytime i have a cell phone issue”
