He was very knowledgeable and tried his best to give us the best deal!Only complaint I have is Troy was the only worker working boxing week. I had to come back to the store 4 times and waited a total of 4 hours in line. I really wish they had multiple workers to reduce wait time.”

“I ended coming to this location for a black screen issue on my Pixel 8 Pro that was only two months old. The screen would not turn on and as per Google's warranty, Mobile Kilinik was their authorized repair partner for Canada. Fortunately they had one in stock as I contacted another store that was closer to me and this location was the only one that had it in the region. The team here addressed the issue by replacing the screen in less than half an hour and it was covered by Google's warranty. Apparently I was also their very first customer to bring in a Pixel 8 Pro for them to work on.This was my first phone repair experience and it went very smooth and quick. The team was very professional and welcoming. Thank you very much.”
